What I Do
TRAINING
My workshops help teachers, administrators, school psychologists, speech and language pathologists, and other educators improve culturally competent practice by identifying research-based practices for equitable access to educational opportunities, identifying ELL instructional and assessment needs, and providing targeted interventions to improve equitable outcomes.
CONSULTATION
I provide consultation to school districts, professional organizations, and individuals to help them design and implement school-wide practices that provide English language learners with targeted assessments and equitable access to educational opportunities. Using a biopsychosocial model and research-based practice, I can help your organization improve equitable outcomes for ELLs.

With degrees in school psychology and clinical neuropsychology, I provide consultation and training related to culturally competent assessments and instructional practice to school districts, psychological organizations, and educational institutions in the United States and internationally.
